As they offers from $10.00 to $1.00 per Signup, there is a good funds to earn if you are new and does't signup to any other sites. They also offer traffic exchange in which you can put your website/blog to generate traffic in both case if you want to buy the traffic you can buy them as $1.00 to 1000 or even 2:1 or 1:1 traffic as here if you see 2 sites you get 1 unique visiters in a ratio of 2:1.

But you do if you don't have a site are blog as they also offers a amount like ($0.003 to $0.001) for if you link (aff. link) shown by someone.
