It is only right that I respond to these allegations. First I would like to say that it is important to read any ToS, especially at a paid-to-click website. Additionally I would like to say that I wasn't given a sufficient amount of time to respond to this particulars member complaint. Instead, he decided to delete his account and threaten me with PTCSQUAD and PTC Investigation.

My response is as follows:

There is a flaw with some scripts which might recognize an IP address as being from a different location than whoIS says they are from. Upon requesting payment, I noticed that it said he was from "thailand". I cancelled the payment as per PTC50's ToS (it is important to note here that, when you register at a PTC website in general, your IP address is locked and will remain the same no matter if you move from one location to another). I also sent him a message with the reason why his payment was cancelled. He did not respond to this message and instead requested payment again. I then cancelled it. Instead of listening to what I had to say, I was given a nasty message from him to which I responded in a kind and polite way. I then checked my messages a couple of hours later where I was then given 3 more e-mails from him to which I did not have time to respond. The first was a general overview with his displeasure of PTC50. The second, stating how he was a senior member at PTCSQUAD/PTC Investigation, and the third, giving me the link to this post (thank goodness for that). I didn't look at the IP address from which the messages were sent (when I receive e-mails from members, the IP address from which they sent the message is always traced- it allows me to check for proxies and constancy) until a couple of minutes to go to find out that yes- in fact, this member is from Germany.

If he would have simply kept his username at PTC50 and allowed me to figure things out, instead of deleting his account, I would have happily addressed his issue and paid his funds out. In closing, I would like to say that PTC50 is an honest website that follows the ToS to the T. If members are unhappy with the service, then they are more than welcome to send a message to me. I just strongly urge that they are patient in allowing me to figure out what to do. I am only one person, and don't have a team behind me other than the 8,000+ current happy members at PTC50.
